Return & Repair Policy

Being that our bags are completely handmade, our policies will differ from big box stores. While I try my hardest to meet the expectations of all of my customers, I understand that things happen. 

Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:

- Returns must be received in new condition - unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free and with TAGS ATTACHED. 

- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your orders tracking number. If you return an order after this time frame, we cannot accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.

- Ready to ship products will receive a 100% refund excluding shipping costs within 7 days of shipment date. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your orders tracking number. Again, this will only be honored if the item is 100% unused, unaltered, and unharmed. Any flaws not part of the design or natural scarring in the hide will void refund.

- Refunds on new condition returns will be processed and issued 1-3 business days upon delivery back to us. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

There will be NO refunds on custom products.

Unfortunately, custom orders are difficult to re-sell. As a small business, we can not afford to make a return. We work hard to ensure that your custom order is to your liking prior to shipment. 

REPAIRS:

- We want you to LOVE LOVE LOVE your item! We use the highest quality of materials - but, due to general wear and tear on items, things happen with any product. We cannot offer free repairs on any item over 6 months of purchase. I will be happy to repair your item for a small charge fee (depending on the repair, cost will differ) to make your product like new!
